We are seeking a professional and friendly Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate being the first point of contact for our clients will provide exceptional customer support while managing the daily operations of our office. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within the Real Estate Brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
- Process paperwork efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with document preparation as directed by REALTORS.
- Support office operations by performing clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Real Estate Brokerage procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite and other office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with REALTORs and clients.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while managing sensitive information.
