Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Juice server/Smoothie maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food service operations.
Duties
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area, including countertops, machines, and floor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Prepare smoothies/juices according to customer needs.
- Maintain store inventory.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in food service or the food industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can help foster a positive work environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
