Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional attitude.
Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
Prepare estimates, explain repairs, and review completed work with customers.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
Promote dealership maintenance programs and manufacturer service recommendations.
Contribute to a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge (dealership experience is an asset).
Comfortable using computers and dealership management software.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence with the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
