We are a window and door manufacturer located in Vaughan. We're currently looking for a Production Worker to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and/or fit together parts to create complete units
Package finished goods according to company standards
Use hand tools, drills, and other basic equipment safely and effectively
Follow product specifications and Quality Control (QC) procedures
Ensure the quality of finished goods before packaging
Report any defects or production issues to the Lead Hand or Supervisor
Perform various production tasks while complying with company quality systems
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as required
Commit to continuous improvement in both quality and efficiency
Support team goals while being able to work independently
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience using hand tools and drills (required)
Experience in the window and door industry is an asset
Skills & Abilities
Strong hand-eye coordination
Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to learn
Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
