Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a safety‑first mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of steel and CPVC fire sprinkler systems while overseeing and managing jobsite workflows to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest qualit Standards.
Key Responsibilites
- Install, modify, and maintain steel and CPVC fire sprinkler systems in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Lead and coordinate crews on site, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, sequencing work to meet project schedules
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Conduct jobsite inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and completeness of installations
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Identify and resolve installation challenges, material issues, and workflow conflicts
- Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including progress updates and material usage
- Uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism at all times

- Fire Code Knowledge: NFPA standards

Pay: $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
