Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience building client relationships. This role involves B2B and retail sales, negotiation, and customer service, with a focus on driving business growth. Spanish or other languages are an asset for working with diverse clients.
Duties
- Work with new and existing clients through meetings, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct sales, upselling, and negotiate deals
- Support B2B and dealership partnerships
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and assist with contracts
- Collaborate with marketing to attract and retain customers
- Communicate professionally via phone and email
- Maintain CRM records of client activity and sales progress
- Support sales strategies across retail and dealership markets
Requirements
- Experience in outside sales, B2B, or retail sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
- Experience in high-value or dealership sales preferred
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Organized, able to multitask and prioritize
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales growth
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Basic math skills for pricing and discounts
Pay: $80,500.00-$90,000.00 per year
