Overview:
Kem-Tec, A Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Technician with experience in land surveying to support our drafting and design team. Experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and/or Civil 3D is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Draft boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and easements
- Process field data from GPS and total stations
- Interpret field notes and legal descriptions
- Collaborate with surveyors and project managers
- Maintain drawing standards and file organization
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AutoCAD experience in land surveying
- Experience with one or more of the following: boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, architectural or as-built projects, Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of survey data and drafting standards
- Degree or certificate in CAD or surveying (preferred)
