Who You Are:
We are seeking a versatile, high-level working tradesman who prides themselves on high quality work and efficiency. We are seeking a high performer who treats their work like art and has a drive and passion for creating beautiful interior spaces and gets work done in a timely manner.
You will be the “Right Hand Man” on-site, capable of sanding, installing, buffing and coating while maintaining a close attention to detail.
Who You Are:
- As a leader, you don't wait for instructions. You see a gap and fill it. You take pride in a clean site and a perfect finish.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards with the ability to identify and mitigate on-site hazards.
- You likely have a trades background or are currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program. Formal trade schooling is a massive asset, but not required.
- You have at least one year of experience working in trades
- You are physically able to lift over 100lbs
- You have a vehicle and are ready to hit the road doing jobs across Calgary and the surrounding areas
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within Alberta.
- At least one year of experience in trades
- High School Diploma
- Bonus: Trades Certificate or Diploma
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Install and refinishing of hardwood flooring (including but not limited to: sanding, buffing, staining and coating)
- Operation of large machinery
- Moving materials
- Moving machines
- Completing jobs within the scheduled time frame
- Installing vinyl flooring
- Arriving to the job site on time
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Lead by example. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site.
