Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a remote Data Implementation Specialist to support a time-sensitive organizational integration project. This role is ideal for someone with experience in system implementations, data migration, financial systems, and reporting who thrives in a fast-paced project environment available for an immediate temporary remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support data implementation activities related to an organizational amalgamation.
- Coordinate company setup and system configuration to ensure a seamless transition.
- Facilitate the transfer and setup of organizational information, including WCB accounts and other business-related records.
- Complete General Ledger (GL) setup and mapping to support financial operations.
- Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and customize operational and financial reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and Operations teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Document processes, system configurations, and implementation activities.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user assistance as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data implementation, system implementation, ERP, HRIS, payroll, or financial systems.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations, or organizational transitions is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) structures and financial data.
- Experience developing and modifying business and financial reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP, payroll, or HRIS platforms is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
