Applicants will be required to perform all duties required as a Line Cook.
Duties include but are not limited to - Preparation of basic components of each dish on our menu, using our proven recipes - memorise and utilise our serving portion sizes and all basic meal preparation procedures used in the kitchen - ensure that the kitchen, all food preparation areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant and Covid cleaning standards.
We are a busy restaurant and hours may exceed 48 per week during the summer months.
SKILLS - Some experience in the food service industry - high school Diploma rquired - abilitity to work on you feet for 8 hours per day - high level of professionalism - comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment - excellent verbal communication and organization skills - must be able to lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
