POSITION TITLE: Veterinary Administrative Assistant/Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a Veterinary Administrative Assistant/Warehouse Associate to work in our new Saskatoon location.
Job Description:
- Answering phones, taking clients orders, directing phone calls
- Preparing and processing client orders, inter clinic transfer orders
- Unload, receive and put away incoming products
- Pick, pack, and load client orders
- Inventory counts & reconciliations
- Work with various external courier/trucking companies booking systems to arrange the shipping of client orders
- Various cleaning and tidying tasks
- Various office related tasks as assigned
- Operating a forklift

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 60-70lbs

- Ability to work independently and prioritize to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preference Given to Candidates Who:
- Have valid forklift training
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft365 and/or Business Central
- Swine or poultry industry experience is an asset
This is a full time position located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm. Occasionally hours may vary.
