Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician specializing in residential and commercial carpet cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of client facilities. Duties
- Operate various cleaning equipment, commercial cleaning machines, to thoroughly clean carpets, upholstery, and flooring.
- Utilize hand tools for maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment.
- Conduct heavy lifting of cleaning supplies, equipment, and furniture when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in both residential and commercial environments.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on cleaning services.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to prevent accidents or damage.
- Keep detailed records of services performed and report any issues or damages observed during work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients professionally.
