Job Overview
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible of developing and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and other key accounts within the assigned region. This role focuses achieving sales target, increasing brand visibility, and executing market development strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed territory sales goals and performance objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retail chains, liquor stores, bars and restaurants
- Identify new business opportunities and secure new accounts
- Conduct regular account visits to support placement, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Educate customers on product portfolio, brand positioning, and promotional programs
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends
- Participate in trade shows, tasting events, and industry functions
- Ensure compliance with all provincial alcohol regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Required
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, or hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills
- Valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Clean Drivers Abstract
Preferred
- Experience working with alcohol distributors and liquor boards
- Knowledge of regional alcohol regulations and retail chains
- Existing network within the beverage alcohol industry
Pay: $37,440.00-$62,400.00 per year
