Job Opportunity
We are seeking an eager individual to bring on to our fun and dedicated team. This is an entry level position for someone who is interested in getting into car industry with passion and great work ethic. The Remarketing Lot Assistant role is a permanent full time position located at our office in Dartmouth. Be the person who keeps our inventory looking sharp, organized, and ready for the next customer.
In this hands-on role you’ll manage the daily flow and presentation of vehicles on the lot — keeping everything clean, properly staged, and sales-ready. You’ll coordinate the journey of cars from arrival through reconditioning, work closely with service, detailing, and sales teams, and make sure every vehicle is presentation-ready for both online listings and in-person demos.
You’ll spend your days outdoors moving and rotating inventory, maintaining the overall look of the lot, supporting sales with quick access to vehicles, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s an active, variety-filled role for someone who takes pride in how a dealership looks and operates.

Responsibilities
Prepare and clean new and used vehicles for delivery
- Coordinate the reconditioning process to keep vehicles sale-ready.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of the dealership lot.
- Photograph and post vehicles for online listings.
- Move, inspect, and track inventory throughout the dealership.
- Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries and presentations.
- Support the Sales and Service teams with daily operations.
Help ensure vehicles and the dealership meet our quality standards
Qualifications:
Valid class 5 or 7 driver’s license with good standing records
