Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender / Cook/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests,using deep fryers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Must have Proserve and Reel Facts must be 18 years of age and beable to multi task and get along with co workers.You will play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Prepping /cooking in deep fryers / bbq.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation when applicable.
- Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned by management.
RequirementsWill train if no exprience in food service or restaurant environment preferred; hospitality or guest services background is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry.
