Responsibilities
- Operate various painting tools and equipment, and hand tools safely for surface preparation and painting tasks
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers with precision to meet specified standards and deadlines
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of painted surfaces for quality control, touch up as needed
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste throughout the painting process
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial painting, line painting, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity of assembly and use of hand tools and paint tools and equipment
- Ability to interpret basic math for measurements, calculations, and quality checking your work
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to painting, machinery operation, and warehouse environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
