We need painters on the crew for summer, starting immediately.
THE JOB
Interior and exterior residential work — prep, application, site management, some client interaction. Every job comes with a defined scope and a labour budget going in. Come in under budget without cutting quality, and your hourly rate climbs.
HOW YOU GET PAID
- $25–$34/hr base, based on experience and how you perform
- Beat the labour budget → your hourly rate goes up
- Quality and performance bonuses
- Client leaves a 5-star Google review because of your work → bonus
- Bring in add-on work on site → 5% of it, yours
- Extended health and dental after 3 months, permanent hires
WHAT YOU BRING
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Zero hesitation on extension ladders — every job, no exceptions
- 2+ years of professional residential painting experience
- Prep standards that hold up even when no one's watching
- Real brush and roller skills, not just spray-and-pray
