Maintenance Manager Needed ASAP - Belleville, ON (Paid Relocation)

Experience in Heavy Manufacturing Ideal
- Preventive Maintenance: Design and execute scheduled upkeep routines for machinery, equipment, and structural systems to minimize unexpected breakdowns.
- Budgeting & Inventory: Manage departmental expenditures, approve invoices, and control spare parts and materials inventory.
- System Management: Act as the site champion for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and equipment performance.
Provide quality key performance indicator (KPI’s) results to the team in order to increase communication between departments, maintaining a high standard and focus on quality performance.
Through cross functional collaboration establish root-cause(s) and determine necessary corrective action to support quality non-compliance issues.
Manage feedback by tracking, trending and reporting results of complaints. Investigate and respond to customer complaints, reporting concerns to production, while supporting corrective actions.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience, often with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical systems, proficiency with CMMS platforms, strong budget management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
