Job Overview
Tauruss Framing is looking for a reliable Framer to join our crew on residential and commercial projects. We're looking for someone with solid framing experience who can work efficiently and safely with minimal supervision, while continuing to grow their skills alongside our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily Field Level Hazard Assessments to ensure a safe and efficient work site
- Use power tools properly to complete framing tasks
- Frame walls, floor and roof systems, and back framing tasks with minimal waste
- Aid in the installation of windows and doors
- Safely perform delegated tasks
- Ask questions relating to the tasks at hand
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment — clean as you go
- Produce quality work in an efficient way, without cutting corners
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or related construction roles with a strong understanding of building processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, concrete finishing, drywall installation, siding, and welding is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- 2+ years framing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable mode of transportation

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
