Generation London Roofing & Renovation is hiring an experienced Flat Roofing Foreman and Experienced Flat Roofers to join our growing commercial roofing team.
We're looking for professionals who know the trade—not individuals looking to learn roofing from scratch. If you have commercial flat roofing experience and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
Positions Available
Working Flat Roofing Foreman
- Minimum 10 years of commercial flat roofing experience REQUIRED
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience REQUIRED
Experienced Flat Roofer
- Minimum 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience REQUIRED
Applicants who do not meet these minimum experience requirements will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems
- Lead and supervise roofing crews (Foreman position)
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Maintain exceptional workmanship and safety standards
- Mentor and train crew members
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with:
- Modified Bitumen
- TPO
- EPDM
- Built-Up (4-Ply) Roofing Systems
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
