Purpose and Scope of Job:
· Primarily responsible for providing services to customers via telephone, fax and email.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
· Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries and enter orders into computer system in a timely manner.
· Ensure Opportunities and Cases are kept updated in CRM system
· Keep Outside Sales updated on quotations and order status.
· Provide catalogue and pricing information to customers.
· Provide basic product and selection support to customers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English – Written and Oral · High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework is preferred. · Three (3) years of customer service or administrative experience with a power transmission distributor or other power transmission manufacture.
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal/typewriter; to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds.
