Our client, one of the World's leading Cheerleading Organizations, is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join their dynamic team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves social media, content creation, sports marketing, and community engagement. You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing Director to execute campaigns, create engaging content, support major events and competitions, and help grow one of the most recognized brands in the cheerleading industry.

What You'll Do
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Promotion
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple locations and programs
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and promotional rollouts
- Assist with seasonal registrations, athlete recruitment campaigns, competitions, special events, and community initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign workflows to ensure projects stay on track
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
- Develop engaging posts, athlete spotlights, stories, promotional content, and event coverage
- Coordinate content collection with coaches, athletes, and internal teams
- Support community engagement through social media monitoring and interaction
- Assist with content planning to ensure consistent brand presence throughout the year
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Design and update marketing materials for digital and print use
- Create social media graphics, promotional materials, flyers, event signage, registration assets, and sponsor materials
- Maintain Canva templates and organized brand asset libraries
- Ensure all materials align with the organizations brand standards
- **formal study in design is crucial
Photo, Video & Content Production
- Capture photo and video content at competitions, events, practices, and gym activities
- Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Produce athlete features, event recaps, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos
- Organize and maintain digital media libraries and content storage systems
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing tools
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience working in sports, recreation, youth programming, or event-based organizations
- Meta / Google advertising experience
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Understanding traditional marketing and strategy (aka not just social media)
- Passion for youth sports and community engagement

Pay: $38,106.60-$63,929.11 per year
