As a customer service & incident response representative, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming signals, responding to live incidents, and coordinating appropriate actions according to pre-established protocols. This role involves critical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
You will work alongside a team of professionals who are trained to handle a variety of real-time events.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor incoming alerts and signals in real-time
Follow company procedures to assess and respond to each situation
Communicate with clients, emergency contacts, and service providers as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activity during your shift
Provide excellent customer service during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift handovers and consistent service quality
