The Role
At Whistler Platinum, we manage a premium portfolio of luxury homes and every guest experience depends on what happens behind the scenes. As a Guest Services Runner, you're the connective tissue of our operations: moving fast, solving problems, and making sure every property is guest-ready before anyone walks through the door.
This is a physical, on-the-go role ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right, works well with others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver linens, amenities, welcome packages, and specialty guest requests directly to properties
- Support housekeeping with supply runs, linen distribution, and turnaround readiness
- Transport tools, parts, and materials for the maintenance team
- Handle luggage logistics - delivery, storage, and transfers between properties and the office
- Conduct property checks and basic walkthroughs as assigned
- Ensure homes are fully stocked and presentation-ready ahead of guest arrivals
- Keep storage areas, vehicles, and inventory organized and tidy
- Flex to support other departments and peak-period needs as they come up
What We're Looking For
- A valid BC driver's licence with a clean driving record (required)
- Comfort driving company vehicles around Whistler
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable with stairs, outdoor terrain, and working in all weather
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a natural team player
- Previous experience in hospitality, operations, or physical labour is a bonus - but not a dealbreaker
What Success Looks Like
You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your tasks without needing to be chased. You treat every property like it matters - because it does.
Why Whistler Platinum
