Club Cannabis is growing! With established locations in both 100 Mile House and Cache Creek, BC, we’re excited to be expanding into the Cariboo community of Clinton, BC. We’re proud to serve our local communities by creating a welcoming, and customer-focused cannabis retail experience.
We’re currently looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our team as Budtenders / Sales Associates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, values great customer service, and appreciates the atmosphere of a community-based retail environment.
As a Budtender, you’ll help customers find products that best suit their needs while creating a comfortable, approachable, and informative shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting products best suited to their needs
- Operate POS systems and process cash/debit transactions accurately
- Replenish shelves, displays, cabinets, and coolers
- Receive and organize inventory shipments and unload pallets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Follow all company procedures and cannabis retail regulations
- Stay informed on new and existing cannabis products
- Support team members with daily store operations as needed
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Valid Selling It Right for Cannabis Certification
- Criminal Record Check required
- Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling and POS experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Cannabis product knowledge is considered an asset
