The challenges that await you
You will perform various tasks related to the preparation, verification, presentation, and follow-up of technical and legal documents concerning real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, and leasing) that must be submitted to municipal authorities. You will assist your manager in resolving administrative details and perform all secretarial work for your division.
More specifically, you will be required to:
- Assist the professionals in the Service in drafting decision summaries ensuring that everything complies with established standards and procedures.
- Follow up on the timelines of the division's files;
- Perform all administrative tasks required for real estate transaction files regarding legal aspects and internal procedures;
- Respond, when required, to information requests from citizens, owners, tenants, and landlords regarding the progress of their files and internal procedures;
- Participate in drafting leases, ensuring the follow-up of renewal or modification agreements for leases including buildings, land, water bodies, as well as requests in agricultural zones.
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in secretarial studies;
- Have 18 months of experience related to the real estate field, particularly in real estate leasing.
