This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sports and event operations, support their community, and be part of an exciting game day atmosphere.
Please note: This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity intended for individuals who wish to support game day operations and gain valuable experience. This position is not employment.
What You'll Do
Game Day Volunteers play an important role in helping our events run smoothly. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with game day setup and teardown
- Moving and organizing equipment, signage, and promotional materials (up to 25 lbs.)
- Supporting game operations staff with various event-day tasks
- Assisting with fan engagement activities and in-game promotions
- Helping with special events and entertainment elements during games
- Completing other game day duties as assigned
Every game is different, so flexibility and a willingness to jump in where needed are essential!
What We're Looking For
Successful volunteers are:
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive team players who take direction well
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solvers who can think on their feet
- Creative and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable walking on the ice surface when required (training and safety instructions will be provided)
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Volunteers under the age of 18 may be required to provide parental/guardian consent.
- Available to volunteer for approximately 4.5 hours per game.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the game schedule.
