Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction-related tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install siding, eavestrough, windows and doors according to project specifications
- Ensure accurate installation
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes
- Perform caulking, sealing, and finishing tasks to ensure a professional appearance
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed for installation tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with managers, and team members to meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and function
Requirements
- Experience in construction preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and finishing work is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely in a construction environment following all safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site at various locations as required
