Scalpea Studio by Allure is seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetician / Scalp Therapy Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform scalp analysis and client consultations
* Deliver Scalpea signature treatments (scalp massage, oil therapy, herbal masks, detox treatments)
* Customize treatments based on client conditions (hair thinning, stress, postpartum, hormonal changes, etc.)
* Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and professionalism
* Educate clients on home care routines and treatment plans
* Support product recommendations and package sales
* Assist with content creation (before/after results, short videos, client education)
* Maintain treatment rooms and assist with inventory management
* Use booking systems such as Fresha (or similar platforms)

Requirements
Must Have:
* Certified Aesthetician (Ontario certification)
* Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in spa or clinical treatments
* Strong understanding of hygiene and client care standards
* Excellent massage and hands-on treatment skills
* Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
* Experience with scalp treatments, hair loss clients, or trichology
* Knowledge of herbal or holistic therapies (Ayurvedic is a bonus)
* Experience in a medical spa or luxury spa environment
* Comfortable being on camera for social media content
