We’re a growing Property Management company based in Truro, NS, and we’re looking for a reliable, sharp, and responsive person (or team) to be our “boots on the ground” in Dartmouth and Halifax.
This IS NOT a typical 9–5 role. It’s ideal for someone already working in real estate, property management, or anyone looking to pick up consistent, flexible contract work.
Duties
- Conducting property showings (most showings are done via phone call for self-serving viewings, but some apartments require in-person viewings)
- Completing move-in / move-out inspections
- Performing basic property checks (condition, cleanliness, etc.)
- Reporting or coordinating minor maintenance issues
- Providing occasional on-site tenant support
Requirements
- Based in Dartmouth or Halifax
- Reliable, responsive, and professional
- Strong attention to detail (this is a big one)
- Access to a vehicle
- Experience in real estate or property management is an asset
Compensation: Paid per task / per visit (rates to be discussed)
