AZ Truck Driver – Local / Provincial / USA Cross-Border

What We Offer
- No slip seating
- Opportunity to be dedicated to your own Peterbilt 389 and refrigerated trailer
- $0.60 per mile for all miles paid through drivers’ ELD, including deadhead and empty miles
- Team drivers paid $0.70 per mile
- Extra picks/drops paid
- Detention paid after 2 hours

About the Role
This is a full-time AZ driver position. Drivers at Jacobs Transportation Inc. are expected to be flexible and willing to perform a mix of:
- Local work
- Provincial / Canada-wide work
- USA cross-border work
All company drivers share in the available work based on operational needs. We are looking for drivers who are comfortable with a variety of lanes and work types and who are willing to cross the US border.
Qualifications
- Valid AZ licence
- Minimum 1.5 years of driving experience
- Clean abstract and CVOR
- Willingness and ability to perform local, provincial, and USA cross-border work
- Comfortable driving a manual transmission
- Strong customer service attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to push between 30 lbs and 90 lbs
- Must be eligible and willing to cross the US border and comply with cross-border requirements, including drug testing
