What You'll Do
As our Medical Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic while creating a positive, high-performance culture for both staff and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage all day-to-day clinic operations
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure an exceptional client experience from consultation to follow-up
- Monitor clinic performance and help drive revenue growth
- Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and performance management
- Develop and implement promotions, memberships, and retail initiatives
- Manage inventory and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client safety
- Support social media, marketing campaigns, and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry best practices
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven workplace culture
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who understands both the clinical and business side of a successful medical spa.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic
- Strong understanding of cosmetic injectables, thread lifting, laser treatments, and medical aesthetic procedures
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and retail sales
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong business acumen with experience driving sales and clinic performance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, positive, dependable, and client-focused
- Experience with spa management software is considered an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
