Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in hair styling and customer service, ensuring that every client leaves feeling satisfied and confident. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in beauty or grooming products, is a plus.
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
