This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair and excellent problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Eagerness and capability to stay updated on current technical advancements.
- Possession of or progress towards individual I-Car platinum certification.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and efficient issue resolution.
- Familiarity with automotive safety regulations, best practices, and consumer protection standards.
- Self-motivation and vitality in their work approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail, alongside demonstrated time management and organizational prowess.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ownership of necessary tools/equipment, including steel-toed safety boots.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in their workspace.
- Repair damage to vehicle body panels
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
- Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
- Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
- Use of frame equipment
- Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
This full-time position offers a competitive salary which will be negotiated during the interview process based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
