Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality workmanship and durable roofing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Install roofing systems including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform repairs on existing roofs, including caulking and sealing to prevent leaks
- Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete roofing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Assist in heavy lifting of materials as needed during installation or repair processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects
Experience
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment relevant to roofing tasks
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding building specifications
- Experience in maintenance person tasks or carpentry is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship

Pay: $37.00-$40.00 per hour
