Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll processing and basic human resources management within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll administration. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to support our company's growth and employee engagement initiatives. The Payroll and HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing all areas related to employees and will report to the senior management team.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes
- Oversee human resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding and employee relations.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve HR policies and payroll procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience
- Proven experience in payroll operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in employee relations management and training & development initiatives is advantageous.
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
