Mr. Diesel Inc. is currently looking for a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET On-road) AND/OR Automotive Technician RSE. **Who would like to bridge the roles for the opposite ticket.

We are establishing an automotive division. Presently with two automotive journey people who are dual ticketed. The candidate that we would be thrilled to have, would be interested in bridging from one side to the other as these two individuals have. As our shop work flow is dynamic, and we fully support the interest in pursuing the tickets.
- The preferred Automotive journeyperson would have experience working on mainly North American OEM's, with a potentially small mix of overseas OEM's. Diesel experience is an asset, a strong basis of electrical diagnostics an asset. Current work entails body shop sublets for mechanical and electrical work, this to expand and branch off to fleet work.
- A positive constructive attitude with a willingness to work on heavy trucks and trailers as the company needs vary is a must.
- The work and pay for this role is NON flat rate, paid by the hour as quality of workmanship within scope is our focus. Compensation to be discussed during the interview.
****The HET On-road individual, does not need to be interested in the bridge role however would be beneficial**** All applicants are welcome.
We are a Busy repair facility that takes care of all aspects of the trucks and trailers that come in. Focusing on the main truck manufactures, and the diagnostics to complete overhauls of the major engine brands; Cat, Cummins, Detroit, Mercedes, Navistar, and Paccar.
- The preferred HET candidate would have a strong base knowledge with strong diagnostic abilities including; modern diesel emissions, truck electrical systems, and engine systems. Ideally some dealer experience.
- The applicant should be self motivated and work well with others, willing to learn and share knowledge and experience.
- Experience working and teaching apprentices welcomed.
- Cvi and class 1/3 Licenses' a strong asset.
- Wage to be determined at the time of interview based on experience.
