Administrative Assistant required for real estate office. Ideal candidate will support the day to day operations of the real estate brokerage by performing clerical tasks and communicating effectively. Must be extremely professional, understand confidentiality guidelines of industry, friendly, computer literate and show flexibility with job duties. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Real estate and social media knowledge would also be an asset but not required.
Duties include, but are not limited to: real estate listing procedures for all office locations, switchboard management, supportive administrative tasks for managing broker, and greeting clients.
This role has a large potential for growth, and we are seeking an eager individual who would like to have a long term career with our company. Position is listed as part-time, but has potential for full time hours. All interviews and job training will occur in our Cranbrook location. Hours and days of work to be discussed with individual candidates.
