**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. 5 Years experience required. The ideal candidate will oversee the administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. **Responsibilities:** - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff - Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records. File all Government Remittances (Payroll, HST and all yearend CRA filings) - Handle accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll processing, and account analysis - - Utilize accounting software such as Sage for financial tasks - Coordinate with external vendors and clients as needed - Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and correspondence management **Experience:** - Proven experience in accounting or related role - Proficiency in accounting principles and practices - Familiarity with Sage, or similar accounting software - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
