Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Railing Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves the precise assembly and fabrication of aluminum railings used in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking, assembly, and construction, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for railing fabrication.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment including welding machines, power tools, and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble aluminum components.
- Use machining skills to ensure parts meet precise measurements and quality standards.
- Perform welding tasks to join aluminum sections securely and accurately.
- Assemble railing sections using mechanical knowledge and appropriate fastening techniques.
- Operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely for material handling and movement within the warehouse or fabrication area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in machining, welding, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Experience with forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is preferred.
- Construction or manufacturing experience related to metalworking or railing fabrication is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
