**Job Overview**
We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of our immigration consulting firm across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and brand development, with a proven ability to create effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
This role requires someone who can manage both organic and paid social media campaigns while staying updated with platform trends, advertising tools, audience behaviour, and digital marketing best practices.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, captions, and written posts that align with the company’s brand, services, and marketing objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Plan, launch, monitor, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, including lead generation, traffic, engagement, awareness, and conversion campaigns.
- Create and manage content calendars for daily, weekly, and monthly posting schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights based on key performance indicators, including reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
- Analyze audience behaviour, competitor activities, industry trends, and platform insights to continuously improve content and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the management, marketing, and design teams to develop creative campaigns and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, captions, audiences, and ad campaigns to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, professionally written, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding and internal guidelines.
- Ensure immigration-related content is reviewed carefully to avoid misleading information, unrealistic promises, or unverified claims.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling client-related information, testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, or case-related content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, content trends, advertising features, and digital marketing best practices.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Ads Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, audience growth, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other graphic design and video editing tools.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading, content planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to write professional, engaging, and error-free captions, ad copies, and social media content.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and paid advertising budget management.
- Ability to interpret campaign analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in the immigration, recruitment, education, legal, or professional services industry is considered an asset.
