Job Summary
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruiter plays a key role in building and sustaining a diverse, high‑quality talent pipeline across our businesses. This position supports full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, including skilled trades, technical, and professional positions.
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused role suited for a Recruiter who enjoys working across varied candidate populations, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience. The Recruiter also supports employer brand growth through community engagement, workforce partnerships, and ongoing recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, prioritize requisitions, and align recruitment activities accordingly
- Proactively source, assess, and select candidates using multiple channels and platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through continuous sourcing, workforce development programs, school partnerships, and community outreach
Champion accurate and consistent use of the applicant tracking system to support data integrity, compliance and reporting
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract qualified, motivated candidates across multiple job families
Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and outreach activities
Develop and maintain recruitment outreach materials that support visibility and employer brand consistency
Qualifications & Experience
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce hiring
- Experience recruiting across different role types (skilled trades, technical, professional)
Familiarity with applicant tracking and sourcing platforms such as Taleo, Oracle, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to evolving recruitment tools and processes
