Position Details
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Music Teacher. This role requires travel to different daycares around the city to offer classes, (further details explained during our interview:)
All classes are booked during the day and will require travel. Must have own reliable vehicle as you will also be expected to travel with instruments like hand percussion, bucket drumming equipment..etc.
Responsibilities
- Most classes are booked during the day
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate music lessons to young children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students' musical development through tailored instruction.
- Organize and oversee performance opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to monitor student progress.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom setting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in early childhood education or teaching young children.
- Strong knowledge of music instruction and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.
- Passion for fostering a love of music in children.
- Prior classroom experience is required

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
