In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing dry cleaning & laundry operations, supporting the overall cleanliness of the work environment. .
Responsibilities
- Operate dry cleaning & laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently to process linens, towels, and clothing.
- Sort, fold, and organize clean and pressed laundry.
- Maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures for all laundry areas, ensuring a hygienic and organized workspace.
- Assist with general cleaning duties around the laundry area and other designated spaces as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to prevent damage or contamination of linens.
Skills
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dry cleaning & laundry equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage clothes inventory effectively.
- Clear communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
