What We Are Looking For
We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their trade. This role is perfect for a Red Seal Journeyperson or a driven 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice looking for a long-term shop to call home.
- Credentials: Registered 3rd/4th Year Apprentice or Red Seal Certification.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities (mechanical and electrical) and a commitment to top quality work.
- Tools: Ownership of standard hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment suitable for your apprenticeship level or journeyperson status.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
- CVSE: We are a licensed inspection facility - Inspector's Certification is highly valued but not required.
What You'll Do
- Perform accurate digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and diagnose mechanical/electrical faults.
- Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of passenger vehicles and light & medium trucks.
- Work alongside our service advisors to provide clear, honest explanations of required repairs.
- (For Red Seals) Mentor and provide guidance to junior apprentices in the shop when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bay.
