Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Law Clerk with 10 plus years of experience in personal injury law-tort and accident benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, drafting, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage approximately 80 files efficiently with minimal direction. This roll requires someone to take initiative on files and have the ability to see the files through to settlement. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, providing essential clerical and legal support to lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and legal processes.
Duties
- Manage litigation practice and client relationship and support lawyers
- Organizing draft, proof reading, and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Manage files through effective filing systems and data entry, maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives, coordinating deadlines and deliverables.
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, managing phone etiquette, and maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support attorneys with clerical tasks including filing, document organization, and maintaining case management systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a legal role with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with effective time management skills.
- Good interviewing skills and professional phone etiquette.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
