Meridian Marketing Collective is seeking motivated individuals to join our Summer Sales Representative team.
Job Type: Full-time | Summer Position
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Compensation (Uncapped Earnings)
Average performers typically earn $1,440 to $1,800 per week based on meeting sales targets.
This is a hands-on door-to-door sales role designed to help students and early professionals develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, resilience, and business development.

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
- Present and promote Home Protection Pest Control Services with confidence and professionalism
- Track daily activity and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and resilience
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required

Compensation
This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. Successful representatives can earn significantly more than a traditional hourly summer job depending on performance.
