Job description
Tiki’s Educational And Childcare Center is looking for a creative, dedicated and compassionate professional with at least one year of classroom experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individual students reach their potential and possess a strong commitment to seeing their students succeed. Applicants should be able to strongly connect with children.
Responsibilities:
- Teach children the basic skills they need to succeed in school.
- Create lesson plans that relate to children's interests and strengths that are age appropriate.
- Organize and run activities in which children can utilize their interests and strengths that develop their Cognitive, Social and Emotional Development, Fine and Gross Motor, as well as Speech and Language development.
- Build a nurturing and safe classroom environment that helps children feel secure and comfortable.
- Work as a team member; serve as a role model.
Requirements
- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of ECEs
- Must complete a Medical form as well as a Police Check (Vulnerable Sector)
- Upon hire, you will be required to have current Standard Level C-First Aid/CPR

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
