At The Parlour Italian Kitchen and Bar, the bar is more than a place to pour drinks—it’s a stage. We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-driven cocktail bartender and servers with a big personality, a polished presence, and a deep appreciation for both craft cocktails and wine service.

- Comfortable multitasking between crafting cocktails, serving guests, and supporting the floor during peak service
What You’ll Do
- Prepare consistent, high-quality cocktails with precision and pride
- Deliver knowledgeable and confident wine service, with a strong understanding of varietals, regions, and pairings
- Actively engage guests—offering recommendations, storytelling, and elevating the overall experience
- Maintain a spotless, well-organized bar before, during, and after service
- Collaborate seamlessly with the service team to ensure smooth, elevated service throughout the restaurant
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-volume or upscale-casual environment along with an experienced sales focussed server.
- A strong wine knowledge base at all times, including varietals, styles, and proper service standards
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar fundamentals
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and polished under pressure
- A team-first mindset with strong accountability and pride in execution
- Passion for hospitality, people, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
