Day-to-day Responsibilities
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
● Participating/completing pre-inspections, installation and completion of all Electrical projects
● Pre-inspection, installation, completion of EV Charger projects – Commercial and Residential.
● Pre-inspection, installation, completion of all electric heat pumps
● Manage the application for residential and commercial electrical permits process
● Ensure compliance with ESA and other governing bodies
● Responsible for the any assigned apprentices and their training
● Working closely with the Customer Service Manager to understand the experiences of the oteam and ensure your strategies and communications with customers stay in alignment with each other
● Managing the quality assurance processes and report to senior management
● Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
● 309A Electrical License
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
● Outstanding interpersonal relationship building with customers, vendors, and co-workers
● Ability to use data to inform decision making and monitor performance
● Flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations and time-sensitive demands
● Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations professionally and make quick, effective decisions

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
